Full refund minus small processing fees.

3-7 Days Before Check-in

50% Refund

You receive half of your booking amount back.

Less than 3 Days / No-show

No Refund

Cancellations made last minute are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary and are outside our control.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain correctional rates, special offers, or promotional bookings are distinctly marked as non-refundable. These cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed.


Force Majeure

In the event of natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, pandemics, or other force majeure events, special considerations may apply. Please contact our support team immediately if your travel is affected by such events for assistance.

Resolving Disputes

If you believe there has been an error in your refund or cancellation processing, please reach out to us at support@gohillz.com within 7 days of the cancellation. We are committed to fair resolution.

Wallet Credits

In some cases, refunds may be offered as instant GoHillz Wallet Credits which can be used for future bookings. This option is often faster than bank transfers.
